where is your product made?

crafted in small batches in south Florida. our founders personally taste and give the green light to every blend, making sure only the freshest products find their way to your kitchen

Are your ingredients Single-Origin?
Are your ingredients certified GMO-free?

we proudly source all our ingredients from non-GMO farms but, as you may have heard, the certification process is lengthy and expensive, and thus we hope to offer it "officially" in the near future!

are your jars recyclable?

of course! our jars are fully recyclable (just rinse them and add to your recycling pickup).

what is the shelf life?

you can find the “best by” date stamped on the red cap.

where should i store?

in the pantry, kitchen cabinet, drawer, basically anywhere in the kitchen that doesnt get too much light

sourdough

how do I know my starter is ready to bake?
what kind of container should I keep my sourdough starter in?

we recommend a glass mason jar or crock pot. but anything works!

my sourdough is runny (and not rising). is it dead? help!

there is no such thing as a "dead" starter. just add flour and mix until its a thich sponge consistency.

how do i maintain my sourdough stater?

feed your starter a 1:1 ratio of flour and water daily

my sourdough is bubbling. is this supposed to happen?

of course, this means your starter is fermeneting, which is the goal!

my starter didn’t rise. help!

move it a warmer environment. oven with the light on or above the refergator usually does the trick. it should be about 85 F

orders, shipping & returns

how long will it take for my order to arrive?

please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and an additional 3-6 business days for shipping, depending on your location. most of the time orders are received within 5 says - we do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible!

help! i entered the wrong shipping address. what now?

if you’ve received a tracking number, your best bet is to contact the carrier directly to request an address change.

if your order was placed recently, email us at hello@bakersclub.co and we’ll do our best to update the address before it ships out!

do you offer returns/exchanges?

unfortunately, since our products are food, we're unable to accept any returns or exchanges. however, if you have any issues, we will always work to make it right! email us at hello@bakersclub.co.
